I am trained and certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful modality for trauma processing. Other approaches I weave into our work together include Mindfulness-Based Techniques, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Psychodynamic Therapy, creating a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal.
I walk alongside my clients with gentle yet effective, grounded in evidence-based practices and tailored to each person’s unique needs. My approach is warm, empowering, and solution-focused.
During our time together, we will do a deep dive into the issues at hand. We will make connections to past experiences and how they impact current functioning. We will work together to develop effective and sustainable strategies to manage identified needs and goals.
