Great to meet you!

I help women explore and define their dating identity while building the confidence to navigate relationships authentically. Through assertiveness and boundary-setting skills, I empower clients to communicate their needs clearly and confidently. I also provide psychoeducation on relationships of all kinds, helping clients better understand themselves and their connections with others.

I’m especially passionate about supporting and affirming clients with complex or multicultural identities. My favorite part of this work is helping clients strengthen their self-esteem so they can move through the world with greater confidence and self-acceptance. Whether we’re destigmatizing sexuality, challenging body image myths, or building a stronger sense of self, I love seeing clients thrive with pride in who they are and the knowledge to carry them forward.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should help you reconnect with your inner clarity and strength. In our work together, I’ll support you in understanding how past experiences shape your present patterns, while helping you develop new ways of responding that feel grounded and authentic.

My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I help you slow down so you can make choices from a centered place rather than from stress or autopilot. We’ll explore the different parts of your inner world with compassion, not judgment, and build a gentler, more empowering relationship with yourself.

I also focus on practical shifts in daily life. Whether it’s improving communication, setting boundaries, or creating routines that support your well-being, we’ll work on changes that feel realistic and meaningful.

Throughout our sessions, I aim to help you understand your story in a deeper way, release what no longer serves you, and move toward a life that feels aligned with who you truly are.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, I will take time to get to know you as a whole person: your story, your identities, your strengths, and what brings you to therapy. Together, we’ll explore what you’re hoping to change, heal, or understand. I will invite you to share not only about your thoughts and emotions, but also about your relationships, cultural background, and the systems that have shaped your experiences. I hope to validate your feelings and experiences, while also offering clear reflections and gentle guidance. This means you’ll likely leave the first session with practical insights or initial strategies. Together, we can begin outlining your goals and identifying what meaningful change looks like for you.
