Great to meet you!

Welcome — I’m glad you’re here. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or just not quite yourself, you’re not alone. Being a teenager today can feel intense, confusing, and exhausting, and having the right support can make a real difference.

I’m a licensed mental health counselor with over a decade of experience working directly with adolescents and young adults in school, clinical, and summer camp settings. I specialize in helping teens navigate anxiety, academic stress, executive functioning challenges, emotional ups and downs, social pressures, identity exploration, and major life transitions.

For nearly a decade, I’ve supported campers as a camp mental health professional, helping children and teens navigate homesickness, anxiety, social challenges, and the transition to sleepaway camp with confidence and resilience.

Based in the New York area, I offer virtual therapy for adolescents and young adults. While parent collaboration can be helpful at times, my primary focus is working directly with teens, empowering them to build confidence, independence, and emotional strength.

Having lived and traveled abroad, I also bring a culturally aware perspective to my work, understanding that each young person’s story is unique. If you’re a parent looking for support for your child, I’d be happy to connect and explore how I can help.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I focus on building genuine connections and trust, creating a space where teens feel heard, respected, and comfortable being themselves. I use practical strategies drawn from CBT, DBT, and mindfulness to help clients better understand their emotions, develop coping tools, and build resilience.

What you can expect from me

For the first session we will focus on building trust and rapport. It will be important in this first session for me to understand what you are looking to get out of therapy and create treatment plan that will guide our time together.
