Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed psychotherapist and I work with individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of their next step in life. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or questions about identity and self-worth. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you better understand your patterns while building practical tools for change. Therapy with me is a space to explore, grow, and move toward a more aligned version of yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and insight-oriented. I help clients understand the patterns behind their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so they can begin making more intentional choices in their lives. I draw from evidence-based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy while also focusing on emotional awareness and the mind-body connection. Together, we work to build both practical tools and deeper self-understanding so that change feels meaningful and lasting. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe exploring what’s holding you back while moving toward growth and clarity.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to explore what brought you to therapy and what you hope will feel different in your life. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, patterns, and goals, while creating a space where you can speak openly without judgment. Together we’ll begin identifying areas for growth and what direction you’d like our work to take. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of the path forward.
