I will take time to listen, answer your questions, and understand your goals without any pressure or judgement. Together, we’ll talk about your history, current concerns, and what support might feel the most helpful for you. My priority is for you to feel comfortable, heard and supported from the very start. We’ll move at your pace and begin creating a plan that feels right for you.
