Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Leidys Rodriguez, MSN, FNP-PMHNP. I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in primary care, aesthetic medicine, gastroenterology, and mental health.

I specialize in providing telehealth psychiatric services for adults, focusing on the treatment of anxiety, depression, mood disorders, adjustment challenges, and sleep difficulties. My approach is patient-centered, compassionate, and evidence-based, ensuring that every individual feels heard, respected, and supported throughout their care journey.

I completed my Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Post-Master’s in Psychiatry, and I bring a strong medical background from my previous training and practice in both Cuba and the U.S.

My goal is to empower my patients to improve their mental health and quality of life through personalized care, medication management, and health education—all in a safe and confidential telehealth environment.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I believe each person’s mental health journey is unique, so I take the time to listen carefully, understand personal experiences, and develop a treatment plan tailored to each client’s needs.

I combine evidence-based psychiatric care with a holistic perspective, addressing not only symptoms but also lifestyle factors such as sleep, stress, and overall well-being. My focus includes medication management, mental health education, and empowering clients with practical tools to manage anxiety, depression, mood changes, and adjustment challenges.

I strive to create a safe, respectful, and supportive space where clients feel comfortable sharing openly. Together, we work toward achieving greater balance, resilience, and emotional health

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave each session with a clearer understanding of their symptoms, greater confidence in managing their mental health, and a personalized plan that feels both practical and supportive. My goal is to help individuals develop effective coping strategies, improve daily functioning, and find relief from symptoms such as anxiety, depression, or sleep difficulties.

I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and empowering environment where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. Over time, clients often gain improved emotional resilience, stronger self-awareness, and a renewed sense of balance in their lives
