Great to meet you!

I completed a Postbaccalaureate Psychology Program at Columbia University and hold an M.A. in Mental Health Counseling from New York University. After graduating in 2020, I worked at a group private practice, helping adults (ages 18+) and couples trying to navigate stressors such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-confidence issues, loss, and life adjustments. Many of my clients sought to better understand their relationship/family dynamics and patterns.

My approach to therapy

I believe that a safe and truly authentic relationship with the client is central to therapy. My therapeutic orientation is person-centered and psychodynamic, and I integrate techniques from other therapy approaches as needed. My approach focuses on self-exploration, exploring past and current relationships and patterns, and connecting past and present experiences.

What you can expect from me

I hope to provide a space where clients feel heard and understood, and can explore their thoughts and feelings, gain insights and self-awareness, and feel confident to make changes.
