Leigh Germann

I am a mom of five grown children and understand the challenges of keeping kids healthy and happy, running a home, working and keeping romance alive in your marriage. I am trained in the classroom to understand how the body and the brain can work for us or work against us. I am also trained in the ups and downs of life, practicing what I teach and learning every day how to love myself and others more fully.

I take a collaborative approach to therapy. I have the knowledge, tools and experience that can help my clients move out of pain and into their power so they can better achieve their goals. I look to my clients as the most powerful part of this process. It is their wisdom that we are looking for to affirm which direction is best for them and we work hard to help them listen to that wisdom to help them heal, repair, and empower them to have the life they long to have.

Clients can hope to walk away from our work together feeling more connected to themselves- understanding their thoughts and feelings and knowing how to confidently deal with them. My goal is that clients will feel stronger, kinder, and much more flexible and resilient so they can bounce back from challenges and more readily feel peace and joy in their lives.
