Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 17 years of experience helping adults navigate life’s challenges. My approach is rooted in a deep commitment to supporting clients as they discover strategies for healing, growth, and resilience.

I specialize in working with individuals who are facing a range of stressors, including anxiety, relationship stressors, caregiver burnout, workplace stress, and grief and loss—especially the heartache of losing a pet. I also provide support for those dealing with the emotional complexities of women’s health issues/infertility/family planning and navigating health-related concerns.

In our work together, I use a combination of evidence-based approaches to meet you where you are and help you move forward. These include Narrative Therapy (to explore and rewrite your personal story), Strengths-Based Counseling (to focus on your existing strengths), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (to help manage thoughts and emotions), and Mindfulness practices (to increase awareness and presence). My goal is to empower you to shift unhelpful thought patterns, build resilience, and create healthier ways of thinking and living.

Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your strengths, set meaningful healing goals, and develop practical strategies tailored to your unique needs. Life’s challenges can feel isolating, but you don’t have to face them alone. I’m here to guide you on your journey toward healing, growth, and a more fulfilling life..

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use Narrative Therapy, Person Centered Care, Cognitive Behavioral Interventions, and Mindfulness techniques which means I create a safe space with you to intentionally and meaningfully explore your personal strengths, change patterns of thinking, identify your goals for healing, and find ways of coping that support your healing process.

What you can expect from our first session

We will together set goals that are meaningful and help you to feel like hope and healing are possible.
