Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate EMDR trained psychotherapist who values my clients' time. This career path became of interest to me after my time in the military, where I saw many of my friends' lives destroyed by PTSD. I am now committed to healing and advocacy work for veterans and civilians alike suffering from mental health conditions.

My approach to therapy

I pair best with clients suffering with mild to moderate anxiety, depression, and PTSD. My ideal client is willing to stay open minded and to try to do the homework assigned. I don't expect my clients to always have time to do assignments, but they do tend to find relief faster when the methods we talk about are included in their day to day routines.

What you can expect from me

If you are willing to put in the effort, I will bring strategies to our sessions with proven success rates, and continually monitor your progress so that I can be sure that you are hitting your personal goals and getting relief from your symptoms.
