Great to meet you!

With over 25 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, and families through a wide range of challenges. For the past 10 years, I’ve been in private practice, providing a compassionate and down-to-earth approach that meets each person where they are.

I work with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, life transitions, ADHD, and OCD. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood as we work together. I tailor therapy to fit your unique needs, drawing from proven methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused CBT.

My approach is collaborative and practical. I believe therapy is a journey we take together—helping you build resilience, gain insight, and develop tools that make a real difference in your life. Whether you’re navigating a tough phase or looking for ways to grow and find peace of mind, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

If you’re ready to start, your first session will be a chance to share your story, set goals, and decide how best to move forward.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Each person comes with their own unique story, strengths, and struggles. My approach is tailored to meet you where you are, whether you're navigating a difficult phase of life, coping with deep emotional pain, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of what’s next. Together, we’ll work at your pace to explore what’s getting in the way, uncover resilience, and create meaningful change. My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, solution focused, and collaborative. I work to build strong therapeutic relationships based on trust, empathy, and authenticity. Each session is tailored to the unique needs of the individual or family. Whether we are addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or life transitions, I focus on helping clients build self-awareness, develop healthy coping strategies, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients often tell me they appreciate my straightforward, supportive style and how comfortable they feel in our sessions. My goal is to provide a space that feels safe, real, and free of judgment—a space where you can breathe a little easier, be fully yourself, and begin the journey toward peace of mind and emotional well-being.

When you work with me, you’ll find a counselor who listens deeply and respects your unique story. I’m here to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be honest and open about what you’re going through. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, focusing on your goals and what matters most.

I take a practical and compassionate approach—helping you understand your feelings, develop coping skills, and build on your strengths. My role is to support and guide you, offering tools and insights that empower you to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and peace of mind.

Throughout our work together, you’ll be met with kindness, patience, and genuine care. I’m committed to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing, growth, and lasting change.
