Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am passionate about helping adults navigate life's challenges and find a path toward healing and growth. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, addiction, grief, relationship difficulties, family conflict, life transitions, and mood-related concerns. Through online therapy, I provide a compassionate and supportive environment where clients can develop practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and build healthier patterns that support emotional well-being and long-term success.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. My therapeutic methods include:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – to identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors.

Mindfulness-Based Interventions – to increase present-moment awareness, reduce stress, and improve emotional regulation.

Strengths-Based Therapy – to build on existing strengths and promote resilience.

Solution-Focused Therapy – to help clients identify practical solutions and achieve meaningful goals.

Motivational Interviewing (MI) – to enhance motivation and support positive behavioral change.

Psychoeducation – to increase understanding of mental health symptoms, coping strategies, and wellness practices.

Person-Centered Therapy – to provide a supportive, empathetic, and collaborative therapeutic environment.

My approach is flexible and individualized, ensuring that treatment aligns with each client's concerns, preferences, and goals while fostering lasting growth and positive change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another and discussing what brings you to therapy. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, relationships, strengths, and goals so I can better understand your unique experiences and needs. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what you hope to gain from therapy, and determine whether we are a good fit to work together. Together, we'll begin identifying goals and creating a plan to help you move toward meaningful and lasting change. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself and sharing your story at your own pace.
