Great to meet you!

You may be seeking support in moving toward a more preferred version of yourself, your life, and your relationships. You may be questioning important facets of your identity, or wondering how to locate and uproot the seeds of painful and complicated emotions. Perhaps you are curious about navigating a different type of relational structure with your loved ones, or you may be feeling stuck with a particular challenge in the way you connect to others. My role as a therapist is to provide support and facilitate insight that will allow you to work toward your personal goals.

My approach to therapy

My role as a therapist is to provide support and facilitate insight that will allow you to work toward your personal goals. I believe that hardship can grow from both individual and societal wounds, and it is important to me that I acknowledge the many systems of oppression that contribute to human suffering and impact your specific experience of being.

What you can expect from me

My values as a therapist are rooted in person-centered and collaborative frameworks. During our visits, I will facilitate a culture of feedback by checking in about the content and pacing of our work together. It is important to me that when our sessions end you do not leave feeling overly raw, but instead curious and encouraged about your next steps.
