I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with the Mental Health Service Provider designation. I completed my PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision in 2019 from the University of Memphis. I am a Certified Emotionally Focused Couples and Individual Therapist, as well as a Certified Hypnotherapist.

I utilize and holistic experiential techniques that includes Emotionally Focused Therapy, EMDR, Hypnotherapy, and other somatic interventions. These techniques help clients engage both their mind and body, offering deeper emotional healing.
