Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be both a safe place to land and a space that inspires meaningful change. As an art and talk therapist, I offer a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their experiences, emotions, and patterns with honesty and curiosity.

I integrate creative expression with traditional psychotherapy, recognizing that sometimes words alone are not enough. Through art-making, reflection, and conversation, I help clients deepen their self-understanding, process difficult experiences, and connect with strengths they may not yet fully recognize.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, insightful, and action-oriented. While I strive to create a strong sense of safety and acceptance, I also believe growth often requires gentle challenge. I work with clients to identify unhelpful patterns, build practical coping strategies, and move toward meaningful goals that align with their values and authentic selves.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin exploring what brings you to therapy. We'll discuss your current concerns, relevant background, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, burnout, or questions of identity and purpose, I aim to help you feel seen, understood, and empowered. Together, we can create a therapeutic process that honors your unique story while fostering resilience, self-compassion, and lasting change.

By the end of our session, we'll have a better understanding of your goals and begin creating a path forward together.
