I am a nurse practitioner and a clinical nurse specialist in private practice in Charlottesville, VA. I have worked for 30 years in psychiatric outpatient and inpatient facilities. These include public mental health clinics, UVA's college counseling center and UVA hospital. I was on faculty at UVA's school of nursing for over 15 years.

Licensure for Clinical Nurse Specialist in Adult Mental Heath Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner.

It is my privilege to be able to help someone during challenging times. My approach to care is compassionate, holistic, evidenced based and honest.

I work with individuals experiencing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and stress-related conditions. Whether you're seeking medication management, guidance through a new diagnosis, or ongoing support, I am committed to providing thoughtful, individualized care.
