Great to meet you!

I'm a LCSW who believes many patterns we develop to survive stress, difficult relationships, life transitions, or traumatic experiences once served a purpose, but may no longer serve us today. These patterns can help us feel safe and grounded, yet they can also limit growth, connection, and self-trust. Therapy offers the opportunity to gently unlearn unhelpful narratives, reconnect with your innate wisdom, and explore you beyond survival mode. A more fulfilled life is possible with quality treatment. I believe you are the expert of your own story. My role is to provide a safe, supportive space where we can gain insight into your inner struggles, build skills that support emotional and holistic well-being, and work toward living in alignment with your authentic self. When people feel accepted and secure, meaningful change becomes possible.

My approach to therapy

I will meet you with compassion and understanding while also offering honest feedback, practical tools, and gentle accountability to help you create meaningful lasting change. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical skills they can apply in everyday life.

I work with adults, working professionals, college students, and young adults experiencing anxiety, panic, social anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, perfectionism, people-pleasing, boundary difficulties, as well as navigating relationship challenges like dating, engagement, breakups, marriage, and self-esteem concerns. I also work through a neurodiversity - affirming lens, focusing on understanding and acceptance. I have a very keen interest toward life transitions such as career changes or burn out, academic stress & test anxiety, adjusting to college life, identity development & finding independence, and parenting transitions. Whether you're navigating a difficult relationship, adjusting to a new stage of life, or trying to break long-standing patterns, we'll work together to help you feel more confident, connected, and emotionally resilient.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy can feel intimidating, especially if it's your first time reaching out. During our first session, my priority is getting to know you not just your symptoms, but your experiences, strengths, and goals. Together we'll explore what has brought you to therapy, identify the areas you'd like to change, and begin creating a treatment plan that feels realistic and personalized. My hope is that you'll leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of where we're headed together. I believe the best relationship is built on trust, understanding, and respect for you. It would be my honor to meet you and tailor a plan to help you reach your goals.
