Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and founder of Feelosophy Bilingual Counseling Services, I believe that healing begins with understanding. Seeking support can feel vulnerable, and I honor the courage it takes to begin therapy. I work with individuals across the lifespan navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I provide bilingual (English/Spanish) services and bring specialized training in perinatal mental health and Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), while also supporting children, adolescents, adults, and caregivers with a wide range of emotional and relational concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in collaboration. I believe healing begins with understanding — and that each person’s story deserves to be honored with care, curiosity, and respect.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope might feel different moving forward. You don’t have to share everything all at once — we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.

I’ll ask questions to better understand your history, current concerns, strengths, and supports. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and outlining what you’d like to focus on in our work. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental, and collaborative environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered.
