Great to meet you!

I have worked with individuals across the lifespan in various clinical settings including community mental health centers and college counseling centers. I have a strong generalist background with experience providing services to people with mood and anxiety disorders, suicidal behavior, trauma, grief and loss, ADHD and learning disabilities, chronic health conditions, OCD, psychotic disorders, and more.

My approach to therapy

I will work with you to identify your values, develop steps to reclaim your life by setting goals to re-engage in meaningful activities, and increase psychological flexibility. I integrate third-wave cognitive and behavioral therapies, and interpersonal interventions to create a treatment plan that is collaborative and meaningful to you.

What you can expect from me

A strong therapeutic relationship is essential for healing, and I strive to ensure that you feel heard, seen, and understood, while providing hope that your situation can improve. It is crucial to create an environment of trust and provide a sense of safety where you can feel open to share your deepest feelings or fears so that meaningful change can begin.
