Great to meet you!

Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming space where you can show up just as you are. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, and life transitions, and I approach each client with curiosity, openness, and respect for their unique experiences. My style is warm, collaborative, and flexible—I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, and we’ll work together to find what truly supports you. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and a trauma-informed approach to help you better understand your thoughts and experiences, build practical coping skills, and feel more grounded in your day-to-day life. I value authenticity and connection, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. I create a safe, supportive space where clients of all ages—children, teens, and adults—can feel heard, respected, and understood. I use a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed approach to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and experiences while building practical coping skills. I believe in meeting you where you are and working together at your pace to support growth, healing, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and relaxed environment where we’ll begin getting to know each other. I’ll ask about what’s bringing you in, your goals, and any important background information, while also giving you space to share at your comfort level. Together, we’ll start identifying what you’d like to work on and how I can best support you. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and more at ease about the therapy process.
