Greetings!

I am a licensed clinical social worker who enjoys building meaningful connections and supporting people in their self-exploration and personal growth. For 20 years, I have worked with individuals, families, and couples in various settings. I provide therapy to people who are facing depression, anxiety, traumatic events, racism, death and dying, loss and grief.

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individual approach, a nonjudgmental environment, and a safe place to engage. Once we decide to work together, we become partners in the therapeutic journey. Communication and the relationship must be respected. I will be there to listen to you, support you, and, at times, challenge you to foster safety and acceptance along the way.

I always start the first session vulnerable and with an introductory session, where you can share your story and what you hope to achieve in figuring this out. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable while also feeling secure. Our work together will be a collaborative process where your input and decisions will be crucial in achieving your goals.
