Great to meet you!

I look at counseling as a journey. I hope to create an environment that is comfortable, open, and honest. My goal is to work with you to identify areas of concern and stress in your life and problem solve to find ways to improve that quality of your life and relationships. I work with teens and adults ages 14 and above, and have practiced social work for the past 14 years.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am committed to providing the most positive experience that can be created for you through a relationship of mutual respect and honesty in a judgement-free atmosphere. Having utilized a variety of methods over the years, we will customize a way of working that fits you best.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect that our time together will be focused on you and what you are struggling with. We will come up with ways to address the concerns you have compassionately and honestly, and focus on improvements rather than perfection.
