Great to meet you!

I am a psychiatric provider with extensive experience in both high-acuity and outpatient settings. My background spans behavioral health urgent care, primary care, and outpatient psychiatry, which gives me a broad clinical perspective and the ability to meet patients where they are. I specialize in addiction medicine and medication-assisted treatment, ADHD, depression, treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and supporting patients with bipolar disorder who are stable and ready for outpatient care. I am passionate about helping people access consistent, high-quality psychiatric care close to home, and I look forward to building a practice where patients feel supported and understood.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and individualized. I take time to understand each person's history, goals, and unique circumstances before developing a treatment plan. I am comfortable with medication management, adjusting medications when needed, and working alongside patients through complex presentations. Having worked in high-acuity settings, I bring both clinical rigor and genuine compassion to outpatient care. I believe in meeting patients where they are and helping them build toward stability and long-term wellness.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a thorough and unhurried intake conversation. I will ask about your history, current symptoms, and what you are hoping to get out of treatment. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard and with a clear sense of next steps. I want the first appointment to feel like the beginning of a real partnership, not just an evaluation.
