Great to meet you!

I received my undergraduate degree in Human Development from Binghamton University and my masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University. I have experience working with a diverse population, and have knowledge and expertise in the areas of anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationships, and family issues. My aim is to help my clients overcome whatever psychological challenges they are coping with in order for them to live a happier, more productive, and meaningful life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to create a safe, warm, and caring environment, and for my client to feel validated and supported. I believe that a strong therapeutic alliance is key for change and success in any psychotherapy setting. My therapy style is compassionate and empathic, while utilizing techniques from CBT, psychodynamic theory, and client-centered psychotherapy.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect to feel supported and validated during my sessions, achieve better insight and awareness of themselves, and learn ways to cope with challenges in their life.
