Great to meet you!

As a therapist with a Master’s in Social Work and a background that includes military service, I bring both professional experience and personal understanding to the work I do. I offer a warm, validating, and collaborative space where you can feel truly seen and supported. My approach is holistic and open-minded, grounded in the belief that healing unfolds through connection, curiosity, and compassionate self-discovery. I work with individuals and couples—including men, women, and first responders—who are navigating complex trauma, attachment issues, anxiety, depression, and questions of authenticity. Drawing from DBT, CBT, IFS, ACT, and psychodynamic therapy, I tailor each session to your unique needs. I also believe deeply in the power of self-care, life balance, and meaningful relationships as essential parts of the healing journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in creating a space where you feel safe, accepted, and genuinely understood. I show up with presence and authenticity, offering a relationship built on trust, mutual respect, and compassionate curiosity. I hold space for your experiences without judgment and support you in exploring your thoughts, emotions, and patterns with honesty and care. I believe that healing and growth happen when you feel seen for who you truly are and empowered to move forward in a way that aligns with your values and goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions with a stronger sense of self-trust and emotional resilience. You'll develop tools to navigate stress, manage difficult thoughts, and respond to challenges in more grounded and intentional ways. Over time, therapy can help you feel more empowered in your decisions, more connected in your relationships, and more at ease in your daily life. Together, we’ll create a space where growth feels possible and progress feels personal.
