Great to meet you!

I'm a bilingual therapist, fluent in English and Arabic — and I know firsthand how much it matters to find someone who doesn't require you to translate yourself before the real conversation can begin.

My practice is especially welcoming to clients from Arab and Middle Eastern backgrounds navigating the intersection of cultural expectations, family dynamics, identity, and mental health. I also work with adolescents, adults, and seniors on anxiety, depression, OCD, eating concerns, infertility, PTSD, BPD, and relationship challenges.

I believe therapy can be serious work and still leave room for laughter — because genuinely connecting with someone is part of what makes change possible. Sessions are available in English or Arabic.

My approach to therapy

My approach starts with the relationship. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real collaboration — not a clinical process you're being put through — and that occasionally finding humor in difficult moments is part of what makes the work sustainable.

I draw on CBT to address specific thought patterns, Psychodynamic therapy to understand the deeper roots of what you're experiencing, ACT to build psychological flexibility, and Trauma-Focused CBT for trauma responses. For clients working on emotional regulation or mindfulness, I layer in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. The toolkit adapts to you — not the other way around.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a conversation about what's brought you here and what you're hoping to gain. I'll ask questions and give you space to share at your own pace — no pressure to cover everything at once.

By the end, we'll have a clearer sense of your goals and a starting direction that feels meaningful. Sessions are available in English or Arabic.
