Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Lenah, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I draw from CBT, psychodynamic, and person-centered approaches to help clients gain insight, build coping skills, and create meaningful change. I strive to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine collaboration. My approach is warm, supportive, relaxed, and tailored to each client's unique experiences and goals. I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, and I believe that humor can be a valuable part of the therapeutic process when it feels natural and appropriate. I draw from CBT, psychodynamic, and person-centered approaches to help clients better understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and relationships while developing practical tools for navigating life's challenges. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for a space to grow, I aim to create an environment where you feel safe, supported, understood, and occasionally able to find a little laughter even during difficult moments.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other and exploring what brings you to therapy. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, background, and what you hope to gain from our work together, while also giving you space to share at your own pace. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable being yourself. By the end of the session, we'll begin identifying goals and discussing a plan for how therapy can best support you.
