For over 20 years, I have worked in mental and behavioral health serving in a variety of settings with diverse populations. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I empathically work with youth and adults 12 years and older. I am eager to work with you on your journey to healing, wholeness, and joy!

My work is grounded in authenticity and a deep commitment to working with you every step of your healing journey. Using evidence based approaches, for example those that address one’s thoughts emotions and behavior is how I seek to empower you with the tools you need to thrive.
