Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with six years of experience helping children, adolescents, individuals, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, authenticity, and care. I genuinely love being a counselor and feel honored to walk alongside my clients as they grow, heal, and discover new strengths within themselves.

Clients often describe me as warm, approachable, and easy to talk to. I believe therapy should feel like a safe and supportive space where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. I also value the power of humor and connection in the therapeutic process. While I take my clients’ experiences seriously, I believe moments of laughter, lightness, and genuine human connection can be incredibly healing — especially when working with children and families.

I am especially passionate about supporting kids and families in building healthier communication, emotional understanding, confidence, and stronger relationships. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, meaning I strive to meet each person exactly where they are emotionally and developmentally while helping them feel seen, heard, and empowered throughout the counseling process.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that healing, growth, and change are always possible — no matter where you are in your journey. I see therapy as more than just talking through problems; it is an opportunity to better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, build confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change in your life.

I approach each client with empathy, curiosity, and authenticity, while creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering. I believe some of the most impactful therapy happens when clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted without judgment. Whether you are navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, family challenges, emotional overwhelm, or simply feeling stuck, I work collaboratively with you to uncover patterns, identify strengths, and develop practical tools that support emotional wellness and resilience.

My style is compassionate, engaging, and down-to-earth. I value real connection in the therapy room and strive to make sessions feel approachable and productive rather than intimidating. I also believe healing does not have to happen in silence all the time — moments of humor, honesty, and self-discovery can be just as transformative as the difficult conversations.

Above all, I am passionate about helping clients feel empowered in their lives, recognize their inner strengths, and move toward healthier, more fulfilling versions of themselves.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session with me to feel welcoming, supportive, and genuinely centered around them. I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating, so my goal is to create an environment where you feel comfortable, understood, and safe enough to show up exactly as you are — without pressure or judgment.

During our first session, we will spend time getting to know one another and discussing the concerns, challenges, or life transitions that brought you to therapy. I take an open-minded and collaborative approach, giving clients the space to share their experiences while helping them begin identifying patterns, strengths, goals, and areas where they may feel stuck or overwhelmed.

Clients often appreciate that my style is warm, engaging, and easy to connect with. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership, not a lecture. Whether we are navigating anxiety, stress, family dynamics, emotional struggles, or personal growth, I strive to help clients feel both supported and empowered from the very first conversation.

Most importantly, clients can expect to leave the first session feeling heard, encouraged, and hopeful about the possibility of change. My commitment is not only to support you through difficult moments, but also to help you build greater self-awareness, resilience, confidence, and practical tools that move you closer to the life you want to create.
