I am a licensed psychologist practicing over 24 years with teens, adults, and couples. I specialize in mood disorders, relationships, parenting, transitions, substance use, behavior disorders, and diversity issues. What does all of this mean? I help you deal and cope with life and work stress so that you live a more peaceful and happy life.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients collaboratively to come up with individualized goals and objectives to meet their specific needs. This may include regular talk therapy sessions, skill building, homework assignments, or in-between session readings.

I create a warm and safe environment for clients to share their inner thoughts and feelings. Clients often report feeling understood and accepted, while gaining insight and skills to improve their daily functioning.
