My approach to therapy
I like to use cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to deal with the surface issues and help clients learn new patterns of thinking and living. My specialty is to address the client's belief system, which drives negative behavior and thought patterns. I do this with Christ-centered directed imagery. I am trained in trauma and grief counseling as well.
