Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering telehealth therapy across Arizona. I work with people navigating addiction and compulsive behaviors, anxiety, depression, trauma, and the difficult patterns that take hold when life feels overwhelming. Whatever brought you here, my goal is to help you understand what's underneath it and build change that lasts.

My approach is warm, direct, and free of judgment. I draw on CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing, and I shape the work around your goals rather than a fixed script. I have particular experience with addiction, impulse-control concerns, and trauma — areas where shame often keeps people silent, and where being met with understanding changes everything.

I work with clients of all backgrounds and identities, including the LGBTQ+ community, and offer sessions in Creole as well as English. Everything is virtual, so you can do this from somewhere comfortable and private. If you've been thinking about reaching out, I'd be glad to support you — let's take the first step together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and practical. I start by getting a clear picture of what you're struggling with and what you want to be different, then we work toward it together — no judgment, no lecturing. I draw on evidence-based methods like CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing, and I match the approach to you rather than forcing you into one model. For some people that means building concrete skills to manage anxiety, urges, or hard emotions; for others it means going deeper into the roots of trauma or long-standing patterns. Therapy with me is a steady, honest space where you can say the things you haven't said anywhere else — and leave each session with something you can actually use.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming, and judgment-free space. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, look at the challenges you're facing right now, and start clarifying what you'd like to work toward.

More than anything, I want you to feel heard, understood, and at ease. There's no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with, and nothing you bring will be met with judgment — only compassion and a genuine desire to help. From there, we'll begin identifying practical next steps and talk about what progress might look like for you.

The goal of the first session isn't to solve everything. It's to build clarity, set a direction, and make sure you leave feeling supported and understood as we move forward together.
