I am a psychologist & social worker trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & insight-oriented approaches. I help patients "connect the dots" & understand how previous experiences might have led to the present moment. This approach supports individuals in improving their everyday life and experiencing the resolution of longstanding conflicts.

I specialize in teenager and adult anxiety, modern dating, work and college stress and transitional periods in life.

My style is open-minded and warm. When a client first comes in, I provide a comfortable space for them to elaborate on their ideas and pressing issues while also exploring the client’s history providing a background to their situation. I am dedicated to providing a relationship that is authentic, collaborative, and strengths oriented.

Patients will leave with a deeper understanding of themselves, what their symptoms mean, and with different perspectives on how to approach their concerns or problems.
