Great to meet you!

I’m a caring and compassionate psychiatrist who believes in honoring the uniqueness of each person’s journey. My approach is holistic—addressing the whole individual, not just symptoms—with a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. I incorporate supportive therapy, genetic testing when indicated, as well as lab work to check for underlying health factors and encourage lifestyle changes like regular exercise, nourishing food, and vitamin supplements. Other core pillars include honoring your authentic self and becoming the person you were created to be, meaningful relationships, and activities that bring joy and connection. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorder or life transitions, I’m here to walk with you on a path toward healing, freedom, and overall wellness.

My approach to therapy

As a psychiatrist, my primary focus is on comprehensive medication management combined with brief, supportive therapy. I offer approaches such as strength-based therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, cognitive behavioral strategies, behavior modification, and grief/bereavement counseling.

What you can expect from me

One of my greatest strengths is truly listening to each patient and building a strong therapeutic alliance rooted in trust and empathy. I believe healing begins in a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. If you're ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out; we can walk this path together.
