Great to meet you!

Hi my name is Leo Inyang, I am a Licensed Professional counselor (LPC-S) in the state of Texas and Oklahoma. I work with individuals, families and couples struggling with issues such as Depression, Anxiety, Adjustment Disorders, Trauma, PTSD, ADHD, disruptive behavioral disorders, and addiction issues. I also work with adults struggling with grief, loss or life transitions, and marital issues. I am here to help you overcome personal issues, family issues and life challenges.

My approach to therapy

My hope is to help you deal with your emotions in a positive manner, leading to a meaningful and rewarding life where you could see yourself more completely; and inspire yourself to be best you. I will work with you in a compassionate, non-judgmental, and psychologically mindful space, where you will freely develop the tools you need for a healthy life.

What you can expect from me

In therapy, I will compassionately and insightfully guide you through your process of self-discovery. You will gain profound insight into your personality and behavior, and you will experience emotions that you have been unknowingly avoiding.
