I am just starting my own practice after completing most of my supervision and getting my licenses. I worked in the IT industry for 30 years and decided it was time for a change. After doing life coaching, I wanted to go deeper with clients and went back to school for my masters in counseling at Colorado Christian University.
I specialize in helping people to improve their lives, focusing on strengths while traveling through pain and transitions of life with a lifetime of experience from which to harvest. I use an approach that focuses on you, your strengths and resources, and believe that people are whole, naturally resourceful and creative. Working collaboratively, we can find solutions that work for you. The whole person - mind, body, spirit and heart - is addressed throughout the journey.
Change and growth are initiated using various therapeutic models such as solution-focused, psychodynamic, person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and rational emotive behavior therapy with the goal of a realized transformation.
