Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker and a certified qualified supervisor. I can help you identify and tap into your own strengths to make positive changes in your life. I will relate to you non-judgmentally, showing respect, compassion, and validation. My experience includes: anxiety and depression, stress management & coping, work life balance, aging and adjustment, trauma, family conflict, grief & loss, medical and end of life issues, self esteem, women's and men's issues.

My approach to therapy

My interventions combine: cognitive-behavioral, person centered, psychodynamic, solution focused, motivational interviewing and mindfulness. I also provide the opportunity for emotional healing and quality of life improvement through Christian counselling, for those who are receptive to and are willing to acknowledge God in the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

I will help you identify and tap into your own abilities and strengths and teach you new skills and techniques to break the negative cycle that keeps you discouraged and unhappy. Your therapy experience will help to remove the clouds of unhappiness, enabling you to see hope for your future, and feel relief, confident and refreshed.
