Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting clients in navigating the challenges of life through Eastern Spirituality, Mindfulness, Narrative therapy & Brainspotting. I have found that my approach & experience benefits a wide spectrum of challenges & clients, however, those who experience anxiety, depression and/or are in a spiritual crisis seem to resonate the most from working with me. As an LGBTQIA affirming therapist, I aim to create a safe space to explore the many facets of being a member of this community

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy is a unique opportunity to learn ways to “level-up” from where one stands. Through inquiry, exploration, and kindness, my clients and I discover the strengths, tools, and perspectives necessary to create a thriving experience. The use of metaphors, real world examples, practicing skills in session, and the implementation of new behaviors are common in my work with people. Often, I will also support clients in learning how to meditate and/or develop a meditation practice.

What you can expect from me

Clients often find notable relief rather quickly from the practical skills learned. Beyond the skills, there is also the power in getting to know oneself more deeply. A compassionate exploration of one's life is often necessary, & when it happens with support, great potential for transformation exists. Those who work with me can expect to learn how to be more kind with themselves while also developing stronger coping strategies that can lead to a more joyful life.
