Hi, I’m Leonarda Gaige, a bilingual (English/Spanish) Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner licensed in Florida and Arizona, with over 11 years of nursing experience. My background spans primary care, internal medicine, cardiovascular acute care, correctional medicine, crisis stabilization, and end-of-life care.

My interest in psychiatric wellness deepened while working as a primary care provider with incarcerated individuals. I saw firsthand how deeply physical and mental health are connected. True healing happens when we care for the whole person—not just isolated symptoms.
