A bit about my approach to therapy

I have formal training in CBT, Contextual Therapy, Human-Centered approaches, and I'm Gottman Certified Levels 1 and 2 for the treatment of couples. Additionally, I apply concepts from ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). I work with couples, adults, adolescents, and children of all types of mental health disorders.

My typical clients over the past years have been struggling with self-esteem, lack of purpose, loneliness, high anxiety, and relational and communication problems.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe in offering non-judgmental treatment. Every session is a sacred space where my clients have the opportunity to heal. I am committed to being fully present, truly listening to you, and understanding your needs and work in collaboration with you to find the best solutions. My goal is to enable you to effectively find peace and harmony through highly effective psychotherapy practices.
