I am a therapist licensed in the state of Texas and specialize in the treatment of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Depression and Anxiety. I serve adults and teens and welcome anyone wanting to improve their functioning and mental health to connect with me to assist them on their journey.
I am eclectic in my approach and so we will use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psycho-education and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), guided by what will work most effectively for you.
We will mutually develop goals for therapy and work in a safe, nonjudgmental atmosphere. Our work together will honor who you are as a human being and your responses to your experiences that have led you to seek help.
