As a board-certified psychiatrist with a specialty in child & adolescent psychiatry I believe healing happens when we address the whole person- mind and body. Seeking help is often the most difficult step on one's healing journey, so congratulations on taking the first step!
Whether you are navigating burnout, anxiety, depression, ADHD, I provide a supportive, judgment-free space to help you understand what you are experiencing. I take a collaborative and transparent approach to care, my goal is that each individual is educated on their diagnosis, treatment options and expected outcomes.
I will start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and your concerns, we will then work collaboratively towards formulating and executing a treatment plan that addresses these concerns.
