Great to meet you!

My client should know that I am concerned about the issues they are having. That they are my greatest priority when I see them. That I will go to great lengths to help them. I graduated from Dallas Baptist with a M. A in counseling. I have worked for a variety of mental health companies including MHMR. I work with teens, adults, elderly and couples. I utilize whatever theoretical orientation is best for my client. I use CBT and

TF-CBT.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

I always start with a 15-minute phone call. where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! Environmentally, it is important to me to create a warm, sharing and vulnerable, environment while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
