Great to meet you!

I work with adults who are in the middle of something hard — rebuilding after incarceration, living with bipolar disorder, carrying grief that hasn't lifted, or navigating a version of life that looks nothing like what they planned. My work is grounded in who you actually are, not who the situation says you should be by now. I'm direct, I'm warm, and I take the work seriously. You won't get rehearsed responses from me — you'll get someone who's genuinely invested in what moves forward for you. I practice in Georgia and offer telehealth for adults across the state.

My approach to therapy

I think of therapy as a real partnership. You bring the lived experience — I bring the tools, the steady presence, and the genuine curiosity about what's actually going to make a difference for you. I draw from CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing, but I don't follow a script. I pay attention to your values, your culture, and what's already working in your life, and I build from there. The goal isn't to make you a different person — it's to help you move through what's weighing on you so you can live more fully as yourself.

What you can expect from me

We're going to have a real conversation. I'll ask what brought you in, what's been weighing on you most, and what kind of support would actually make a difference — not what you think a therapist wants to hear. You don't need to prepare anything. If you're nervous, that's completely fine. If you don't know where to start, we'll start there. By the time we finish, you'll have a clear sense of how I work and we'll have mapped out what comes next. There's no pressure to have it figured out. That's what I'm here for.
