My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is based off of Motivational Interviewing, with regards to supporting and encouraging change talk and application of the individuals I work with. Empowerment and accountability are key features with my approach to change for each and every person I serve and work with. I also believe in self actualization for the individual and understanding and believing in the potential to grow and find an improved quality of life for every person I encounter.

What you can expect from me

I expect clients or individuals who work with me to leave the experience in a better place physically, emotionally and spiritually than when they enter each session. When therapy is complete, I expect the individual to say that they have reached their goals for therapy.
