Great to meet you!
I am a licensed pain psychologist with 22years of experience helping adults with chronic pain and stress-related conditions. I specialize in working with the role of the nervous system in emotional and physical health.
My approach is evidence-based, practical application of skills. I draw from pain psychology/Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and modern neuroscience. I help clients develop greater safety in their bodies, relate differently to difficult thoughts and sensations, and build skills that support meaningful, lasting change.
