Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in NY/NJ and Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC). Telehealth sessions only.

I have over a decade of experience working with various populations including people with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, crisis, and relationship issues.

My approach to therapy

I very much like a positive and strength- based approach to therapy. I believe it is important to find inner peace and it starts with self- discovery, self-worth, and a positive attitude. I like a person- centered approach meaning you are the author of your narrative; you are the center of decision- making and we go at your pace and things should always be comfortable for you during therapy.

What you can expect from me

My clients normally tell me how much better they feel after the first session. Building a therapeutic rapport is very important, I want to hear your narrative. I believe in a trust-based relationship with positive regard and mutual respect. Everyone deserves a peaceful and meaningful life. You can create the life you want and how you want your narrative to play out. To me, that is the way it should be.
