Great to meet you!

Life can be hard, and sometimes we simply need a safe place to slow down, be heard, and make sense of what we’re going through. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating difficult seasons, past experiences, or changes they may not know how to face alone. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where you can be yourself and feel accepted without judgment.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something to change, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. I would be honored to meet you where you are, walk alongside you through the process, and help you find greater peace, hope, and a life that feels more fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

I use talk therapy and EMDR to help clients process trauma, work through difficult experiences, and better understand how the past may be affecting the present. I believe counseling is not about having all the answers—it’s about having someone walk alongside you as you discover what healing and growth can look like for you.

What you can expect from me

I believe each person’s journey is unique, and you are the one who determines what you want to accomplish through counseling. Together, we can identify the goals that are meaningful to you and work toward the outcomes you hope to achieve.

My role is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. I will walk alongside you, offering guidance, encouragement, and therapeutic tools to help you navigate challenges, process difficult experiences, and move toward the changes you want to make in your life.
