Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in trauma, depression, and anxiety. I was born and raised in the Piney Woods of East Texas. I graduated from Sam Houston State University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and further persisted by earning a Master of Social Work from the University of Houston. I enjoy art, music, and crafting activities.

My approach to therapy

I have a comforting but direct (non-confrontational) approach to meeting goals and challenging thoughts and behaviors. As we work together, the pace will be set by the client.

What you can expect from me

The first session we will have brief introduction. I will gather some background information, and then goals of treatment will be outlined. Each session, we will work on skills to achieve each desired goal. Skills may include homework, applied behaviors, or identifying patterns. We will assess the successes and process the challenges faced between each session.
