Great to meet you!

There's a version of you that isn't constantly second-guessing, mentally exhausted, or quietly dreading the next thing. Therapy with me is about getting there — not just managing symptoms, but building a life that actually feels like yours. I work with children (ages 6+), adolescents, and adults struggling with anxiety, overthinking, and overwhelm — many high-functioning on the outside while feeling stuck or stretched thin within. They've tried thinking harder. It doesn't work.

Using CBT, mindfulness, and self-compassion, I help clients build emotional regulation, real insight, and practical tools for lasting change — in how they feel, relate to others, and lead their own lives. Collaborative and warm, but always intentional.

For children and teens, I offer a safe, structured space to untangle worry, build confidence, and develop emotional skills that will serve them for years. I offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth in NY, CT, and NJ. Schedule a free 15-minute screening call — let's find out if working together is the right fit.
