Great to meet you!

Blending mind, body, and spirit philosophy with over 2 decades of clinical experience, I offer integrative mental health care and transpersonal therapy to support conscious, meaningful change. I am a master’s-level licensed counselor with advanced training in integrative mental health, Gestalt-based, and trauma-informed approaches.

My approach to therapy

My work centers on self-awareness and choice. I help you uncover your truth, understand your patterns, and move past the obstacles that limit authentic living. Our relationship is warm, transparent, and grounded in trust. I offer steady support and a loving challenge to help you grow with clarity and intention.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a grounded, welcoming space where we slow things down and focus on understanding what brings you in. I will ask about your current concerns, relevant history, and what you are hoping will feel different through therapy. Whether you are coming in as an individual or as a couple, my goal is to understand your experience and how patterns may be showing up in your life or relationships.

I take a collaborative, trauma-informed approach and work at a pace that feels supportive. You can expect warmth, thoughtful questions, and clear reflections as we begin building a therapeutic relationship based on trust, safety, and honesty. By the end of the session, we will have a shared sense of next steps and how we might work together moving forward.
